We are super excited about how this landscaping project along a retaining wall turned out in Champaign, IL!
We planted Emerald Green Arborvitae along the back of the landscaping to help block the shed from the view of the road. You can see how these little guys are already taking off thanks to the irrigation system we installed.
Once the privacy screen was up, we planted some Black Eyed Susans as the focal point along the retaining wall. You can probably see that they are about to pop into full bloom and will really change the look of this retaining wall.
Along the front of the wall we planted a ton of dianthus which are a type of ground cover/flower that will overflow over the retaining wall by next spring. We are so excited at how this landscaping project turned out in Champaign, and can’t wait to see how it matures next year.
